| Rates ( 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006)
The single rate for the Green Room is $100 (NZ) GST Inclusive per night, $130 for two. The room rate for the Brown Room is $80 (NZ) GST Inclusive per night.
This rate includes a continental breakfast, coffee/tea etc. The provision of an evening meal is negotiable.
Our preference is to generally only have one room in use per night to ensure that our guests have maximum privacy. There will however be peak bookings where both rooms are operational. At peak times, the above rates may be subject to change.
A cancellation fee may apply.
Longer term rates are available to suit professional people undertaking short term assignments in Hamilton. Please enquire by email to: jonestownstay@orcon.net.nz
Payment method is by cash, cheque, bank deposit or by invoice (for business travellers by prior arrangement).
